Allison Mayes is a highly skilled interior and architectural designer with a rich background in the design and construction industry. She combines creativity with strong business acumen, excelling in both the aesthetic and technical aspects of design. Throughout her career, Allison has led the re-branding and design of over 126 student housing communities and renovated more than 153 properties across multiple states. She is proficient in developing comprehensive Construction Document (CD) sets and managing the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), always ensuring alignment with budgetary and design goals. Allison’s project management expertise spans all phases of design, from concept to final installation. She has successfully managed complex projects, consistently delivering precision and maintaining rigorous documentation to ensure seamless execution.

Additionally, she brings significant experience in sales and client relations, having managed accounts, delivered presentations, and supported sales initiatives. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design and as an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Allison’s blend of creative talent and technical expertise makes her an invaluable asset in any design project.
