Beauty in full Bloom. Designers and Gretchen Murchison share a desire to create pieces that are beautiful as well as functional. That's why we've collaborated with the like-minded Louisiana-based Ceramicist on the vibrant Bloom Collection. Presented in the companysignature sand-cast metal, in luxury melamine, and in acrylic, the Bloom Collection comprises sculptural bowls, platters and more inspired by floral and botanical forms. As with the other Bloom pieces, the dynamic design of the two-part Vida Bloom Chip and Dip (White) in luxury melamine features rippling petal-like movement, creating an eye-catching serving piece that combines beauty, artistry and functionality. Great on its own, or combined with other Bloom shapes and sizes, this handsome chip and dip will be the life of the party. Presented in a glistening white melamine with the look of Ceramics. The dip bowl is detachable, and may be used on its own. Dishwasher safe (top rack), heavy-weight, food safe, BPA and PABA free.

The processing time begins once your order is placed. Once your order ships, we will provide you with the carrier's tracking # via the email you provide us with at checkout. Please make sure to white list our email address CustomerCare@BoneBrass.com so that you receive these updates. The estimated shipping times vary based on the carrier, and represent the time your order will be in transit, once it leaves the factory.

Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items will be shipped once they become available and/or ready for shipping.

By submitting a request through Bone & Brass, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We’ve designed these policies to ensure a smooth return process and to maintain fairness for all customers.

We offer a 7-day return policy, on Returnable Items, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

What is a Returnable Item?

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Please take pictures upon arrival and notify us immediately at CustomerCare@BoneBrass.com. 
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items being returned due to Buyers Remorse will incur a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund as well as the return shipping charges. Please make sure to check the measurements of the item you are ordering to ensure that it is the right size for your needs and/or your space before placing your order.
  • Furniture or fixtures requiring a freight truck to deliver, are Non-Returnable UNLESS the items are damaged or defective as stated above.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Items used for temporary or promotional purposes are not eligible for returns.
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return.
  • Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do not sign for your Freight or White Glove delivery until you’ve inspected your items.

If the driver refuses inspection and you choose to accept delivery, write “DENIED INSPECTION BY DRIVER” on the delivery receipt, bill of lading, or electronic signature panel before signing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund back to your original form of payment, once we have processed your
