Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping on smaller parcel items delivered right to your door via UPS or FedEx.
How do you ship bulky or heavy items?
Large or multiple bulky items are shipped using a freight carrier or a white glove delivery service for a fee.
Where do my items ship from?
All items ship directly from the manufacturer, so processing and delivery times may vary. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please inspect your items carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, write it on the delivery receipt and take photos. If the delivery personnel do not allow inspection but you accept the package, write “Denied Inspection by Driver” on the receipt before signing. Contact us immediately if you have any issues at customercare@bonebrass.com.
